At Katie’s Little Bears, I take care to make sure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

• Orders are usually packed and posted within 3–5 business days.

• If there’s ever a delay (for example, during holidays or launches), I’ll keep you updated.

Delivery Method

• All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.

• You can choose between standard or tracked delivery at checkout (if available).

Delivery Times

• UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

• International delivery times may vary depending on customs and location.

 

Delays & Lost Parcels

• Once a parcel is with Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of my control.

• If your order hasn’t arrived after a reasonable time, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees on international orders.
