About Katie’s Little Bears
Katie’s Little Bears provides parenting resources and supportive consultations. My resources are designed to be practical tools for families and are not a replacement for therapy, counselling, or medical advice. Parents and carers remain responsible for how they use the resources with their children.

Digital Products

• All digital downloads are for personal use only.

• They may not be shared, copied, or resold.

• Due to their instant nature, digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded.

Physical Products

• Physical resources (such as card packs) remain the property of Katie’s Little Bears until full payment has been received.

• Orders will be processed and dispatched within the timeframe listed on the Shipping & Delivery page.

Consultations

• Consultations are delivered through written responses (not phone or video).

• They are supportive in nature and do not constitute professional therapy or diagnosis.

• Refunds for consultations can only be given if you cancel before submitting your form. Once feedback is provided, consultations are non-refundable.

📱 WhatsApp Consultations

By purchasing a WhatsApp Consultation, you agree to communicate with Katie’s Little Bears through WhatsApp messages and/or voice notes.
This service is designed to offer reflective support and practical guidance for parents. It is not therapy and does not replace professional medical, psychological, or crisis support.

Consultations are provided during working hours (as stated on the booking page) and responses will usually be sent within [insert your turnaround, e.g. 24–48 hours].

Katie’s Little Bears will not be held responsible for message delivery issues caused by WhatsApp outages or user connectivity problems.

Limitation of Liability
While I aim to provide high-quality resources and advice, Katie’s Little Bears cannot be held responsible for:

• How parents choose to use resources or advice

• Any loss or damage resulting from use of the site or products

Changes to Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please check this page for the latest version.

Data & Confidentiality
All messages and voice notes are treated confidentially. However, please note that WhatsApp is a third-party platform, and Katie’s Little Bears cannot control how WhatsApp itself processes data. By using this service, you consent to communication via this platform.

​Cancellations & Refunds
Once the WhatsApp consultation has started (i.e., once your first message is sent or received), refunds cannot be issued.
