Refund Policy

I hope you love your order from Katie’s Little Bears. If something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know:

Digital Products

  • Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, I cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

  • If you have trouble accessing your file, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

Physical Products

  • If you change your mind, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

  • A refund will be processed once the returned item has been received.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

  • I will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Consultations

  • Refunds for consultations can only be given if you cancel before submitting your form.

  • Once feedback has been provided, consultations are non-refundable.
